On July 20, 2007, the European Union’s (EU’s) original EMC Directive (89/336/EC) was replacedby its 2nd Edition: 2004/108/EC, and has an official Guide. All of the 27 EU Member Statesnow have national legislation implementing 2004/108/EC.
